We offer 4 rooms all with queen sized memory foam mattresses that offer our guests a restful sleep.
All rooms include a full home cooked breakfast, fresh cut flowers, chocolates and handmade goat's milk soap as well as 2 thick terry robes to be used for the outdoor salt water hot tub and sauna.
Oz's Hot Tub and Sauna are OZsome. Our Hot Tub is treated with skin softening SALT WATER! And our Finnish Style Sauna offers dry heat with a wonderful cedar aroma!!! Landscaping will continue......Come on out and enjoy some star gazing from the hot tub.
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower.
The Cherry Room also has it's own whirlpool bath. $139/night plus tax
The Blue Room is located on the main floor. $119/night plus tax
The Water Beech and Hickory Rooms are located on the second floor. $119/night plus tax

Oz's is a renovated Pennsylvania Bank Barn with a central relaxation and gathering area complete with wood burning stove, DVD player, VCR and Pool Table.
The 10 seat pine dining area is situated by a grand window which looks out to the property and surrounding hills, providing our guests with great views of grazing deer, bear and fox that visit OZ regularly.
Oz's is a great place for couples, families and friends to gather for a country get away.
The potential of the property and it's location close to the Allegheny National Forest, Skiing in Ellicottville, Hiking, Hunting and outdoor adventure blended well with our outlook of suppling a venue for people to come as strangers and leave as friends.
